What I collect.
Your email and password (hashed) when you make an account. Your display name if you give one. The fixes you mark helpful. The things you save while you work: your shop details and machines, settings, shot lists, pricings, Items, Plans and Orders, your Material Shelf, and checklist progress. If you join the waitlist, your email address and nothing else. If you apply for the beta, your application answers. The app also keeps a nameless log of searches that came up empty, and simple usage counts, so I know what to build next. Those logs are never tied to you. I built it that way on purpose.
Your customers' names.
An Order has room for a customer's name, the due or pickup date, where it sells (like Etsy or a direct sale), its status, the Items on it with their quantities and prices, and notes. That is on purpose. There are no fields for your customers' emails, phone numbers, or addresses, because I do not want a database of other people's contact information.
What I don't do.
I don't sell your data. I don't run ads. I don't share your project photos or business numbers with anyone. There's no third-party analytics tracker following you around.
Where it lives.
Your data lives in a managed, professionally hosted database.
What I can see.
In the app, I see your email, display name, sign-up date and plan, and anything you send me, like beta notes, survey answers and problem requests. I see fix views, helpful marks and searches only as totals, never by person.
What I don't look at.
Your shop details, machines, prices, Items, Plans, Orders, settings, shot lists, Material Shelf and checklist progress are never shown to me in the app. I own the database, so I can reach them. I only open them when you ask me to for support, and I ask you first. The one exception is a security problem or abuse.
Emails you'll get.
Account emails (sign-in links, receipts). That's it, no marketing blasts unless you opt in.
Delete your account.
There is a delete button on your account page. Use it and your account and everything tied to it is removed right away, no email required. It cannot be undone, and the app warns you before it does it.
Take your data with you.
You can download your Settings Log as a CSV file anytime. It is your data.
