What I collect.
Your email and password (hashed) when you make an account. Your display name if you give one. The fixes you mark helpful. The things you save while you work: machine settings, shot lists, priced products, your material stash, checklist progress, and your order list. If you join the waitlist, your email address and nothing else. If you apply for the beta, your application answers. The app also keeps a nameless log of searches that came up empty, and simple usage counts, so I know what to build next. Those logs are never tied to you. I built it that way on purpose.
Your customers' names.
The order list has room for a customer's first name, the item, what it is for, the due date, the price, where the order came from (like Etsy or a craft fair), the status, and notes. That is on purpose. There are no fields for your customers' emails, phone numbers, or addresses, because I do not want a database of other people's contact information.
What I don't do.
I don't sell your data. I don't run ads. I don't share your project photos or business numbers with anyone. There's no third-party analytics tracker following you around.
Where it lives.
Your data lives in a managed, professionally hosted database. It is locked so only you can read your own records. Not even I can open your business data, and I built it that way on purpose.
Emails you'll get.
Account emails (sign-in links, receipts). That's it, no marketing blasts unless you opt in.
Delete your account.
There is a delete button on your account page. Use it and your account and everything tied to it is removed right away, no email required. It cannot be undone, and the app warns you before it does it.
Take your data with you.
You can download your settings log and your order list as CSV files anytime. It is your data.
